The CareerTREK program provides paid work experience to youth to help them develop their job and work maturity skills. CareerTREK pays all the wages and Labor and Industry costs, and the youth are considered employees of Community Youth Services. You, the worksite supervisor, will provide support for the youth to gain skills necessary to be successful in the work force. A case manager will be your support person to help you while working with our youth.

After completing this form, it will be available for a youth to select as their job. You will then be contacted and an interview will be arranged. After the interview you will decide if the applicant is a good fit and notify the case manager. Thanks again. We look forward to working with you!
